Cape Cod potato chips.

According to an email today: Currently none of our products contain gluten.  We do wash and sanitize our equipment between production runs.  I believe when we change our packaging there will be a notice on the bags. Let the snacking commence!

Fine dining.

I’m officially cooking more than I ever did prior to going gluten-free.  Last night was the most amazing gluten- and dairy-free double-chocolate brownies (with walnuts) I’ve ever had (gluten-free or not), and tonight is lettuce wraps!
