My baby’s not the only one.
Thank goodness we’re not alone in the hell we’ve been going through since the baby got his shots! I know the reaction is mild compared to him ever getting the diseases he’s being immunized for, but damn, has this week been hell (on all of us!)!

Another question.
Are these legal? Are they safe? We have a problem with sun hitting the baby’s face a lot, and I hate pulling the carseat shade over his eyes…he misses all the scenery!

Bluebirds.
I was sitting on the front porch, and the Mama bluebird flew into her nest (the same box the chickadees used last year), and I heard tiny voices screaming for the food! Earlier last week the bluebirds successfully fended off an attack by a starling. I can’t wait to see the fledglings at the feeders!
Baby proofing.
I started ordering the baby-proofing stuff today. Damn, that stuff is expensive! Note to self: baby-proofing should include Mom cutting her fingernails. They do as much damage as anything. Luckily baby’s memory is short.
Today I am a good mom.
