JP landed in the hospital today with Stevens-Johnson Syndrome. I don’t know how long he’ll be there, but here’s hoping he makes a full recovery!
Jury’s duty?
I understand jury duty, but I really, really wonder if there is any legal way to tell a judge, “No. I refuse to participate in this.” Do they offer the jury members therapy after? Are there circumstances in which you would NOT have to go through this kind of evidence? [shudder]
